Tea's

 Tea: Here are some of healthy tea's to boost energy and hydration. 

Tea's are awesome! They come in so many flavors and have different benefits. For example, green tea is known for its antioxidants, black tea is energizing, and herbal teas like chamomile are great for relaxation. 

Green Tea

1) Boil water in a kettle or pot.

2) Pour the hot water into a cup or teapot.

3) Add 1-2 teaspoons of loose green tea leaves or a green tea bag to the water.

4) Let the tea steep for about 2-3 minutes to release its flavors.

5) Remove the tea leaves or bag from the cup or teapot.

6) Add a squeeze of lemon or a drizzle of honey for extra flavor. 

Benefits of green tea:-

Specific benefits of green tea are its ability to improve brain function and promote relaxation. It contains caffeine and an amino acid called L-theanine, which work together to enhance alertness and focus while also inducing a calming effect. Lemon Tea

1) Boil water in a kettle or pot.

2) Pour the hot water into a cup or teapot.

3) Add 1-2 teaspoons of black tea leaves or a black tea bag to the water.

4) Let the tea steep for about 3-5 minutes to develop its flavor.

5) Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the tea.

6) You can add a sweetener like honey if desired.

7) Stir well and enjoy your refreshing cup of lemon tea.

Ginger Tea

1) Peel and slice about 1-2 inches of fresh ginger root.

2) Boil water in a kettle or pot.

3) Add the ginger slices to the boiling water.

4) Let the ginger steep in the water for about 5-10 minutes.

5) You can add a sweetener like honey  if desired.

6) Strain the ginger tea into a cup.

7) Squeeze in a bit of lemon juice for extra flavor, if you like.

3) Add 1-2 cinnamon sticks or 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon to the water.

4) Let the cinnamon steep in the water for about 10 minutes.

5) You can add a sweetener like honey or sugar if desired.

6) Stir well and enjoy your cozy cup of cinnamon tea.
