Healthy juices are a great way to get essential nutrients and stay hydrated. They can be made with a variety of fruits and vegetables. Just remember to use fresh ingredients. 

• Banana Smoothie

1) Gather 1 ripe banana, 1 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup, and a handful of ice cubes.

2) Peel the banana and break it into smaller pieces.

3) Place the banana pieces in a blender.

4) Add the milk, honey or maple syrup, and ice cubes to the blender.

5) Blend everything together until smooth and creamy.

6) Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if desired by adding more honey or maple syrup.

5) If desired, add 1 tablespoon of honey for sweetness.
